Die f\u00fcr die Kleinprofile vorgeformten und unterma\u00dfigen H\u00fctchen neigen beim Einbau in Gro\u00dfprofilen zu ungenauer Passform und zur Faltenbildung.<\/div>\n<div>Deshalb haben wir die Passform unserer Hutprofile f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Gro\u00dfprofilen speziell designed. Die Hutprofile sind so zugeschnitten, dass sich die Hutkrempe der Rohrwandung in Gro\u00dfprofilen optimal anpasst. Der Hutschaft ist so dimensioniert, dass er durch den Anpressdruck der Verpressblase optimal im Anschluss anliegt und aush\u00e4rten kann.<\/div>\n<div>Die H\u00fctchen sind au\u00dfen mit PU beschichtet. Dadurch ist das eingebrachte Harz nach dem Einbau des Hutprofils kompakt an den Klebestellen vorhanden. So erreichen wir eine gute S\u00e4ttigung des H\u00fctchens und eine rundherum form- und kraftschl\u00fcssige Verklebung.<\/div>\n<div>Die Hutprofile haben wir speziell f\u00fcr den Einsatz mit unserem HUTMAX\u00aeSystem weiterentwickelt und angepasst.
