HUTMAX® Hutprofile

The use of standard hat profiles for robotic rehabilitation in small-diameter pipes has not proven effective in large-diameter profiles. The preformed, undersized hats designed for small profiles tend to fit poorly and form wrinkles when installed in larger pipes.

That’s why we specifically designed the shape of our hat profiles for use in large-diameter pipes. The profiles are tailored so that the brim conforms perfectly to the pipe wall in large profiles. The shaft is dimensioned to fit tightly against the lateral connection under the pressure of the injection bladder, allowing it to cure properly.

The hat profiles are coated with PU on the outside. This ensures that the injected resin remains compact at the bonding points after installation. As a result, we achieve excellent saturation of the hat and a secure, form-fit and force-fit bond all around.

We have specifically further developed and adapted the hat profiles for use with our HUTMAX® system. This ensures that the system consistently delivers optimal results.
