Thanks to its simple operation, the product makes connecting laterals easier and saves time. No water retention is required in the connection area. By pressing the shield against the wall of the main sewer and inserting the bladder into the lateral pipe – even if it is recessed – the conditions for injection are met. The prepared injection resin is then pressure-injected through the injection openings in the compression shield until the void around the lateral connection is completely filled.

With an injection pressure of up to four bar, the resin is injected into the defective areas of the lateral connection. Voids around the connection are filled all the way to the surrounding soil, providing additional stabilization. After just 180 minutes, the connected lateral can be removed from the formwork. This ensures a permanently sealed connection and helps prevent environmental damage – with only a slight reduction in the main sewer’s cross-section. Easy to use – fast and effective! For efficient work, multiple lateral connections in the section are typically repaired one after the other. With a high injection pressure of up to four bar, the resin is injected into the defects of the lateral and fills the surrounding voids deep into the soil, further stabilizing the connection.
