HUTMAXinject

Thanks to its simple operation, the product makes repairs easier and saves time. No water retention is required in the connection area. By pressing the shield against the wall of the main sewer and inserting the bladder into the lateral pipe – even if it is recessed – the conditions for injection are met. The prepared injection mortar is pressure-injected through the injection openings in the compression shield until the void around the lateral connection is completely filled.

With an injection pressure of up to five bar, the mortar is injected into the defective areas of the lateral. Voids around the connection are filled all the way to the surrounding soil, further stabilizing the connection. After just 45 minutes, the repaired lateral can be removed from the formwork. This creates a permanently sealed connection and prevents environmental damage – without reducing the main sewer’s cross-section.

Easy to use – fast and effective! For efficient work, multiple lateral connections along the section are typically repaired in sequence. With a high injection pressure of up to five bar, the mortar is injected into the defects of the lateral, filling surrounding voids deep into the soil and additionally stabilizing the connection.
